相思麵店,感覺上似乎是小琉球島上名氣非常大的麵店,我週四來時,雖然店家沒開,但我仍看到有其他人也來這兒想吃麵,跟我一樣,到了才發現沒開,在一旁滑手機,尋找下一個建議,呵~於是我在週五中午又來,才終於吃到!

Xiang-Si-Mian, which might be the most popular restaurant I tried in Liuqiu. When I came here on Thursday, it was closed and I noticed there were some other people also came. So I came back again on Friday.

 

發覺菜單風格跟「社區麵店」有點像,於是就點了一樣的乾麵,還有昨天沒吃到的豬血湯,至於小菜跟燙青菜更是在台灣麵店必點的配菜。

Since I tried a similar restaurant yesterday, I had the Dried Noodle again and Pork Blood Soup which was sold out yesterday.

 

乾麵加了一顆滷蛋,這兒的麵的份量跟「社區麵店」差不多,不過青菜比較多,肉塊也比較大,口味上倒是差不多。

The Dried Noodle with a stewed egg. Here have more vegetables and a bigger cut of pork. Which might be better than yesterday.

 

中規中矩的豬血湯。

我很喜歡店家在燙青菜中還加了蒜泥,讓口味有更多的變化。

The Boiled Vegetable. I like they also provide some mashed garlic with the vegetable which can provide more flavor of the vegetables.

 

小菜有豬頭皮與豆干,醬油多了點,還不錯吃。
